NGU BROTHERS

NB started operations from a humble beginning in 1971, and today it has branches in Sarawak, West Malaysia and overseas from Singapore to Japan and China. NB was founded by Mr. Ngu Chung Beng and his five sons. They all started from a small repair shop in Sibu town.

Started with automobile maintenance, gradually expanded and diversified to auto parts, motorcycles, passenger cars, commercial vehicles, machinery and equipment, motorcycle manufacturing and assembly, body manufacturing engineering, customs modification, commercial vehicle renovation, mechanical equipment, etc. field.

It has non-core supporting businesses such as installment mortgage, information system ERP, auction, and consulting.

1971

Ngu Brothers Automobile Service Co. was formed and started motor service & repair business.
1972

The business was expanded to import Re-manufacturing new battery services and sales.
1978

The business started to import motor air conditioner, spare part, installation of new air conditioner for motorcar and truck. They also provide motor insurance claims and body panel repairs.
1979

Bought their first building then completed in 1992.
1981

Ngu Brothers Automobile services moved to Xia Men Street in Order to expand our business for import new car spare parts and motor services.
1985

Ngu Chung Beng & Sons Sdn. Bhd. was formed and started import new car spare parts and motor services.
1990

Started operating as importer and distributor of used motorcar & truck spare parts.
1992

The building located at Lot 145, Jalan Salim was completed and started operates as an automobile services center, accident repair, and insurance claim.
1992

N. B. Motors Sdn. Bhd. was formed and expanded business as an importer as new used spare parts from Singapore and Japan
1993

DAIA Industries S/B was formed, started import used heavy machineries and equipment, spare parts, and wholesale business.
1993

Auto Part Trading Co. was formed.
1994

Ngu Chung Beng & Sons Sdn. Bhd. achieved Perodua 3S dealership.
1995

N. B. Motors Kuching and N. B. Motors Bintulu were formed. The company function as Rebuild light, medium and heavy trucks, spare parts, and wholesale business.
1996

N. B. Motors Mortage & Credits Sdn .Bhd. was formed. They covered Hire-Purchases for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and machinery.
2003

Ngu Chung Beng & Sons Sdn. Bhd. was licensed by MITI/MIDA to manufacture and rebuild the commercial vehicles, buses, vans, special purposes vehicles, and body engineering in east Malaysian.
2006

DAIA Auction Group Sdn. Bhd. was formed.
2007

N. B. Motors Assemblers Corporation S/B formed in co-operation with Mofaz group and Jincheng (JCM) China on the Motorcycle assembly.
2007

Ngu Chung Beng & Son Sdn. Bhd. open new factory in 13th Mile, Kuching for re-built commercial vehicle.
2008

DAIA Machinery Group formed DAIA Equipment & Machinery Trading Co., for used machineries and equipment trading.
2009

N. B. Heavy Industries Sdn. Bhd. was formed in East Malaysia and granted by MIT/MIDA with manufacturing license for new commercial vehicles, bus, van, and special purpose vehicle.
2010

Deauto Industries S/B signed distributorship agreement with CAMC, China.
2010

DAIICHI Motors Sdn. Bhd. was formed and co-operate with Taiwan and Japan in developing new motorcycle and was granted license by MITI/MIDA in manufacturing ATV, UTV, Buggy and Special Purpose Vehicle.
2010

N. B. Motors (Kuching) Sdn. Bhd. was changed to N. B. Motors Trading Sdn. Bhd. and marketing trucks and motorcycle.
2010

Shizen Food Product Sdn. Bhd. was formed and started a restaurant services business.
2011

N. B. Heavy Industries Sdn. Bhd. signed distributorship agreement with JAC and Beiben, China CAMC.
2011

Daia Machinery Sdn. Bhd. co-operated with Zoomlion, China in promoting excavators in Malaysia region.
2016

N. B. Central Monitoring System Sdn. Bhd. was formed and started service 24 hours for Central Monitoring Factory, shop house & home security safety system.
2016

Open Mini one stop JPJ counter in Kuching.
2016

Upgraded Proton become 4S dealership.
2018

Upgraded Proton become 4S dealership.
2019

Formed Advorsys Skill Academy for training Mechanic Skill.
