Headquarters locating at Sibu Sarawak, East Malaysia that Registered at Lot 145, Jalan Salim, 96000, Sibu, Sarawak, Malaysia. NCB was established on 15 May 1985 to primarily selling spare parts import from Japan, Germany, and United Kingdom for automotive, overhaul and service. From humble beginning, it has grown from strength to strength and in 1992 to date, it has established itself to be one of the largest imports in East Malaysia.

The original core business was reconditioning and reassembly of used commercial vehicles, heavy machinery, truck, bus, and coach bodybuilding. Specialize in manufacturing and rebuild commercial passenger vehicles, parts, and service. Obtained the Miti Manufacturing License No: A012718 on 3 May 2001 to undertake “Reconditioning and Reassembly of Used Commercial Vehicle and Heavy Machinery Dan Truck, Bus and Coach Body Building”. On 15 December 2006, NCB that registered at Lot 837, Jalan Demak Laut 5, Demak Laut Industrial Park Phase I, Kuching, Sarawak obtained the Miti Manufacturing License No: A015838 to undertake “Reconditioning and Reassembly of Used Commercial Vehicle and Dual Purpose Vehicles”.

Datuk William Ngu Ung Wei / Managing Director

Businessman.Penganugerahan Darjah Pangkuan Seri Melaka (D.P.S.M) sempena sambutan hari jadi TYT Ke-74 2012. More than 40 years experienced in business. Datuk William Ngu, who is also a co-founder of NB Group of Companies, Born on 11 May 1956 at Sibu, Sarawak, Malaysia. Spouse with intelligent business woman, Datin Lai Ai Huan. Have two sons and one daughter. Developing the NB Group becomes larger and stronger. Hard working in order to bring on improvement to organisation. Someone leader who is confident, persistent, and incentive in business. He can launch a new business and will invest all energy into establishing it. A leader that inspire a team to success in management structure in place to ensure tasks are carried out.

Objective

To transform NCB from rebuilt to reman in-line with MITI and MAR guidance.

To further grow and established NCB presence in market through a network of distribution channels striving on operational excellence that enhance the valve to customers through continuous improvement in manufacturing process, product quality, nad services, 4R2S(Repair, Re-Use, Recycle and Remanufacture) of vehicle and service.

Future Planning

Short Term Planning

At the present we have branch 3S centre in Kuching, Sibu, Bintulu, Miri. For the mid year 2019, we planning to open 4R(2s) centre at Sri Aman, Kapit, Mukah, and Batu Niah. This will benefit our customer on repair and parts service.

Long Term Planning.

It is our goal to be a leading manufacturer of reman commercial vehicle and bodywork in Malaysia though continual effort to understand the needs and expectation of customers and deliver products and services that meets and supersedes their requipment including meeting any statuory and regulatory requipment.

To achieve quality excellent. Target for “Not Satisfied ” customers;

To have improvement on quality management system 4R(2s).

To extend warranty period to 1 year or 60,000KM;

To achieve 98% passed rate against actual unit inspected for period of reviewing during JPJ inspection for all reman vehicle.

Target production for more than 300 units per month

On 2021, we expect our production to complaint MITI requirement standard.
